Breast revision. Removal of saline implants with capsulectomy and a revision of mastopexy
This mom of 3 previously had a breast augmentation with periareolar mastopexy by a previous surgeon. She had enlarged areolar and felt as if the breast has lost its shape. She desired to have the implants removed with a mastopexy.
