Our surgery center and our clinic are where the patient experience is delivered. The nursing, surgical and patient care team works alongside Dr. Cat every day, and every one of them has a hand in the result the patient sees in the mirror.
If you come from a surgical, clinical or aesthetic background and you hold yourself to a higher standard than the job description asks for, we want to know you.
The operational path
Behind the clinic there is a business that has to run as precisely as the operating room: marketing, management, operations, patient finance and the systems that connect them. These roles do not touch the patient directly, but they shape every patient’s experience from the first click to the last follow-up call.
If you build, organize, analyze or communicate for a living, and you would rather do it for a brand you believe in, there is a place for that here.
