Which body contouring procedure is right for you
An apron belly, stretch marks and separated muscles (diastasis recti) call for a tummy tuck: Dr. Cat removes the skin, repairs the muscles and rebuilds the belly button. Most patients who ask for a mini need a full; after major weight loss, an extended tummy tuck carries the incision toward the back.
Firm, pinchable stubborn fat under skin that snaps back is a liposuction problem; it does nothing for loose skin or muscle. One or two small areas can be done as awake liposuction; lipo 360 treats seven areas of the trunk at once.
Flat buttocks with donor fat are a Brazilian butt lift: trunk liposuction with the fat transferred to the buttocks and hips. A lean frame is planned as a skinny BBL; fat transfer to the hips alone, hip dip surgery, fills hip dips.
A full mons pubis, a FUPA, is fat, skin or both: FUPA surgery is liposuction of the mons, and a pubic lift removes loose skin, usually with a tummy tuck. Loose inner thigh skin is a thigh lift.
After pregnancy, a mommy makeover combines a tummy tuck with breast surgery, liposuction or a labiaplasty, each on its own day; a wider body contouring plan is built the same way.
Another surgeon's result is corrected with a revision tummy tuck or revision liposuction, six to twelve months later; the botched tummy tuck and botched BBL pages separate normal healing from a problem.

A tummy tuck is never on the same day as lipo 360, a BBL, breast implants or a labiaplasty. In Dr. Cat's experience more than 80 to 90 percent of the transferred fat survives, which is why her patients rarely need a second round.

What body contouring surgery costs in Beverly Hills
Dr. Cat's surgeon's fee for a full tummy tuck with muscle repair is $40,500 to $60,500, and $25,500 to $30,500 for a mini; the operating room and anesthesia are quoted at your consultation. Surgeon's fees are typical ranges: a more complex case can cost more, and your fee is set at your consultation and is final only in your written quote. Recovery and aftercare
You walk within hours of any body surgery with Dr. Cat, most patients need only Tylenol, and the compression garment stays on for at least six weeks with no lymphatic massage. A tummy tuck, BBL, lipo 360 or thigh lift means a first night in a plastic surgery aftercare center; one or two areas of liposuction go home the same day.
