Consultation FAQs

Why is there a consultation fee, and how does the credit work?

The consultation with Dr. Cat is $500 ($1,500 for revision cases). The full amount is credited toward your surgery when you book. The discovery call with our team is always free.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer monthly payments through Cherry, with no hard credit check and 0% APR options. See our financing page, or ask our Patient Concierge on the discovery call.

How do virtual consultations work?

Virtual consultations are by secure video with Dr. Cat herself. You send photos in advance (our team sends simple, private instructions), and Dr. Cat reviews your anatomy, goals and options exactly as she would in person. Out-of-town patients often consult virtually and meet Dr. Cat in person at their pre-operative visit.

What should I bring or prepare?

A list of your questions, your medical history and medications, and, if relevant, prior operative reports or implant cards. For virtual consultations you will be asked for a few photos following our private photo guide. Inspiration photos of results you like are helpful.
