Non-Surgical Treatment Prices at Dr. Cat Plastic Surgery
Every non-surgical price at the practice on one page: Botox and Dysport per unit, Juvederm and Restylane per syringe, ThermiSmooth, ThermiVa and Venus Viva per treatment or as a package of three, the two combination packages, and how booking works. The prices are the same for every patient; what you pay depends on the units, syringes or areas your injector recommends at your visit.

One price list, the same for every patient
Dr. Cat Plastic Surgery publishes its non-surgical prices in full, so you can plan before you book. Injectables are priced per unit or per syringe, radiofrequency treatments per treatment or as a package of three, and there is no consultation fee for injectables. What you pay depends on how many units, syringes or areas your treatment needs, which your injector confirms with you at the visit before anything is opened.
Filler at the practice is injected by Dr. Cat Begovic, MD, FACS, a board-certified plastic surgeon, or by our board-certified facial plastic surgeon, each in their own areas: Dr. Cat treats the lips, nasolabial folds and neck lines, and our facial plastic surgeon treats the cheeks, under-eye hollows, jawline, chin, temples and the nose. Botox and Dysport for the forehead and eye area are Dr. Cat's; the masseter is our facial plastic surgeon's. Venus Viva treatments are performed by the practice's surgeons and nurses; ThermiSmooth and ThermiVa treatments are performed at the practice on Rodeo Drive. Looking for surgery prices? Botox, Dysport and filler prices
Priced per unit and per full syringe. The number of units or syringes is agreed with you at the visit; our units guide shows typical amounts by area.

Some treatments are priced per treatment rather than per syringe, because the plan is the same for every patient. These are performed by our board-certified facial plastic surgeon.

ThermiSmooth prices
Radiofrequency skin tightening for the face, neck, eyes and body, with no downtime. Most patients book a package of three treatments, four to six weeks apart. ThermiSmooth Face and ThermiSmooth Body.

Venus Viva treatments are paid in full when you schedule. A body area is about the size of a sheet of notebook paper.
ThermiVa prices
Non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation with radiofrequency, performed in the office with no anesthesia and no downtime. Three treatments about a month apart are the usual course. ThermiVa page.

Paid in full when you schedule. ThermiVa is not performed on the same day as a labiaplasty; after a labiaplasty it starts about four weeks later, often at the one-month post-op visit.

Bought separately, the full face package would be $10,000 for the three treatments, $1,250 for the syringe and $1,000 for the Botox, before the skincare treatment.
How booking and payment work
Three arrangements, depending on what you are booking.
Botox, Dysport and fillers
Your appointment is reserved with a $500 deposit credited to your treatment. New patients are evaluated and treated at the same visit, and the $500 stays as a credit if treatment is not right for you.
- Reschedule or cancel at least four weeks ahead to keep the deposit.
- At checkout the deposit is applied to that day's treatment, or it stays on file as the reservation for your next visit if you rebook.
ThermiSmooth, ThermiVa and Venus Viva
Paid in full when you schedule, per treatment or as a package of three.
- Reschedule or cancel at least four weeks ahead: no charge.
- Inside four weeks, the full fee of the treatment is charged.
- Packages can be financed through Cherry.
Surgical consultations
A consultation with Dr. Cat for surgery is $500, or $1,500 for a revision, paid by card when you book and credited toward your surgeon's fee. The credit applies to surgery only, never to injectables, skin treatments or products.

Botox is $25 per unit and Dysport $8.50 per unit at Dr. Cat Plastic Surgery in Beverly Hills. The number of units depends on the area and how strong the muscle is, and your injector agrees the plan with you at the visit. Appointments are reserved with a $500 deposit that is credited to the treatment.
Juvederm and Restylane are $1,250 per syringe, in full syringes only. Lips are usually one syringe; cheeks or the jawline can take two or more. Set-price treatments with our facial plastic surgeon include liquid rhinoplasty at $4,500 with two visits and under-eye filler at $3,000.
ThermiVa is $3,000 per treatment or $8,500 for a package of three at Dr. Cat Plastic Surgery. Each treatment takes about an hour in the office, with no anesthesia and no downtime, and three treatments about a month apart are the usual course. ThermiVa treatments are paid in full when scheduled.
ThermiSmooth is $3,500 per treatment for the face, $2,500 for the neck or the eyes and forehead, and $4,000 for the face and neck together, with packages of three at $10,000, $7,000 and $11,500. Body treatments are $2,500 for the first area and $1,500 for each additional area, or $7,000 for a package of three.
Venus Viva MD is $3,500 per treatment for the face, $2,500 for the neck or the eyes and forehead, $4,000 for the face and neck, and $2,500 for a first body area for stretch marks, with packages of three at $10,000, $7,000, $11,500 and $7,000. A patch test comes before the first treatment.
No separate consultation fee. Injectable appointments are reserved with a $500 deposit that is credited to your treatment. New patients are evaluated and treated at the same visit, and if treatment is not right for you the $500 stays on your account as a credit. The $500 surgical consultation fee is a separate arrangement for surgery.
Because the amount each face needs differs. Pricing per unit and per full syringe means you pay for exactly what is used, and your injector confirms the number with you before anything is opened. The practice does not sell half syringes, and unused product is not saved for later.

ThermiSmooth, ThermiVa and Venus Viva packages can be financed through Cherry. For smaller non-surgical treatments, Cherry Pay in 4 may be available on the day, up to $3,000. Financing never covers consultation fees or deposits. Surgeon's fees for surgery are financed through Cherry, CareCredit or Alphaeon.
Yes. Dr. Cat's surgeon's fees are published on every procedure page, for example the tummy tuck, liposuction, breast augmentation and labiaplasty pages, and explained in the cost guides. The operating room and anesthesia are quoted at your consultation, because the operating time depends on your anatomy and the areas treated together.
