This patient wanted to have a more proportionate and curvy frame with a smaller waist to hip ratio. Because she is a professional, she wanted a Brazilian Butt Lift that would create a nice round shape but not be disproportionately large or obvious at work. She underwent liposuction to the abdomen, hips, flanks, and back with 600cc of fat transferred to each buttocks.
