This patient previously had liposuction by another surgeon which resulted in deep indentations as well as irregularities and cannula markings. She underwent revision liposuction with fat grafting to the indentations which resulted in a smooth appearance.

She first underwent revision liposuction with fat grafting to the abs and flanks to smooth the indentations and then at a second surgery, a tummy tuck resulting in a smooth and nicely contoured shape.
