This young mom had a previous tummy tuck by another surgeon who cut off her belly button and pulled her skin downward and an uneven muscle plication resulting in a belly button abnomally low just above a high scar and irregularity of her abdominal wall. In her revision, the abdominal muscle repair was revised creating a tight and contoured stomach, a new belly button was created with skin flaps in the proper position, and the scar was lowered.
