Breast Revision. Removal of Saline Implants, Replacement With 475 cc Silicone Implants, Bilateral Capsulorrhaphy, Bilateral Mastopexy, With a Small Left Lateral Breast Reduction.
The patient had initially received saline implants from another surgeon. Her breasts were bottoming out, and she was unhappy with the shape and overall look of her breasts. Dr. Cat meticulously removed the original saline implants and performed a bilateral pocket repair complemented by capsulorrhaphy. She then utilized Strattice for reinforcement and proceeded with the strategic insertion of new 475cc high-profile silicone implants. These meticulous steps by Dr. Cat achieved the patient’s goal of acquiring softer, more symmetric breasts. The patient is 3 months post-op and she is delighted with a newfound sense of confidence.
