Breast Revision. Removal and Replacement of Silicone Implants, Bilateral Capsulorrhaphy, Bilateral Mastopexy, With a Small Left Lateral Breast Reduction.
This 41-year-old patient, who had previously received breast augmentation from a different surgeon, had concerns about her breasts’ sagging appearance and the excessively wide look of her implants. In response to these issues, she elected to have a revision breast surgery complemented by a mastopexy. After the revision procedure was expertly executed by Dr. Cat, she expressed immense joy with the results. The surgery successfully addressed her breast ptosis and reconfigured the implants to provide the balanced, proportionate appearance she had been seeking. She is only 4 months post-op and her scars are already thin and light, but they will continue to fade over the next year.
