This patient had bottoming out of her implants with her implants slipping into the armpit. She also had wide flat implants which were too far apart and had significant rippling. She had removal of her flat and wide moderate profile saline implants, repair of the implant pocket and IMF with capsulorraphy and placement of Belladerm and replacement with 650 Ultra High Profile Silicone implants.
