Plastic surgery cost is the question most patients bring to a first call, and the one most practices refuse to answer until you are in the office. We publish our typical ranges instead. The ranges are surgeon's fees; the operating room and anesthesia are quoted at your consultation, once your surgeon has examined you and set the operating time your surgery needs. A more complex case can cost more than the range, and your fee is final only in your written quote. Each guide below states what a procedure costs with Dr. Cat Begovic, MD, FACS, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, what moves the price, what the quote includes, how that compares with the national figures and with surgery abroad, and how patients pay for it.
The owners made that decision for a plain reason: nobody should sit through a consultation and then discover the price is double what they imagined. A range tells you before you book whether the surgery is within reach, and it lets you compare any other quote on the same terms. What a range cannot do is replace the examination. Your exact price depends on your anatomy, the extent of the procedure and the time your surgery takes, so it comes in writing at your consultation with Dr. Cat, which costs $500 (or $1,500 for a revision) and is credited toward your surgery. Financing through Cherry, our primary partner, with CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit as alternatives, is on the Plastic Surgery Financing Options page.
Every quote from this practice covers the same things: Dr. Cat's fee for performing the whole surgery herself, a board-certified physician anesthesiologist for the entire case, the accredited private surgical center on Rodeo Drive, your compression garments and every follow-up visit. Read each range as "most patients": the low end is the simpler version of the procedure on an uncomplicated anatomy, the high end the more extensive version or a longer operation, and combinations, revisions and add-ons are quoted on top, as each guide explains.
Every Cost Guide, by Area
Body
- Tummy Tuck Cost: the full and mini tummy tuck ranges, liposuction and pubic lift add-ons, revisions, why the national average is not your number. Full tummy tuck with muscle repair, surgeon's fee $40,500 to $60,500; mini $25,500 to $30,500.
- Liposuction Cost: pricing area by area, single area against several, lipo 360, fat transfer combinations and revision liposuction. Surgeon's fee $6,500 to $7,500 per area for two or more areas, $10,000 for one; lipo 360 $45,500 to $52,500.
- Mommy Makeover Cost: how a combination is priced from its parts, and why a tummy tuck is never done on the same day as breast implants or a BBL. Tummy tuck, breast and liposuction components, staged across separate days; the combined quote comes from the consultation.
- Brazilian Butt Lift Cost: what liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks and hips costs, what the fee covers, and what changes the price from patient to patient. Surgeon's fee $56,500 to $63,500.
Breasts
- Breast Augmentation Cost: what breast augmentation with implants costs, what changes the price (implant type, technique, anesthesia) and what the written quote includes. Breast augmentation with implants, surgeon's fee $17,500 to $22,500; the implants are a line on the quote, silicone costing more than saline.
- Breast Revision Cost: why correcting a previous breast surgery costs more than the first one, what capsule work, exchange or removal each involve, and the scheduled exchange of silicone implants. Implant exchange with capsule work, surgeon's fee $60,000 to $75,500; simple removal and replacement, the scheduled exchange at about 8 to 10 years, $19,500 to $21,500.
Face
- Facelift Cost: what a face and neck lift costs with our facial plastic surgeon, what moves the price, and what the quote includes. Face and neck lift by our facial plastic surgeon, surgeon's fee $45,500 to $65,500.
- Neck Lift Cost: what a neck lift costs on its own and as part of a face and neck lift, and what moves the price. Quoted at the consultation.
- Rhinoplasty Cost and Recovery: what a primary rhinoplasty costs, why revisions cost more, and what the recovery looks like week by week. Primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Cat, surgeon's fee $40,000 to $45,500.
- Eyelid Surgery Cost: what upper and lower eyelid surgery costs, what drives the fee, and what the quote includes. Upper eyelid lift, surgeon's fee $8,000 to $12,500.
- Otoplasty Cost: ear reshaping for protruding or uneven ears, what the surgery involves, and what sets the price. Quoted at the consultation.
Labia
- Labiaplasty Cost: the range, the technique and anesthesia choices that move it, revision pricing, and the insurance answer for functional cases. Labiaplasty, surgeon's fee $17,500 to $20,500.
Non-Surgical
- Botox Pricing: how Botox is priced by unit, how many units each area usually takes, and how long a treatment lasts. Current prices are on our non-surgical pricing page.

How to Compare Quotes
Two quotes for the same procedure can differ by tens of thousands of dollars and still describe different surgeries. Before you compare the numbers, ask every surgeon the same five questions.
- Who performs every step of my surgery, and how many patients are scheduled that day? The closure decides the scar and the muscle repair decides the result; find out whether an associate or an assistant does either. Dr. Cat performs every step herself, one patient per surgical day.
- Who gives the anesthesia, and where is the surgery done? A board-certified physician anesthesiologist in the room for the whole case, in an accredited facility, costs more than a nurse anesthetist in an office suite. That difference is where safety lives.
- What exactly does the quote include? Anesthesia, the facility, implants, garments and follow-up visits are left off some quotes and billed later. Ask what happens if the surgery runs long and whether follow-up visits are charged.
- What exactly is being done? A mini or a full tummy tuck, a lift or implants, one area of liposuction or three, one surgical day or two. A low price often describes a smaller operation than the one you need.
- What would a revision cost, and who would do it? A surgeon's answer tells you how confident they are in the result and what a complication would cost you. Revisions with Dr. Cat cost more than the original surgery would have, which is why she tells patients to have it done correctly once.
Then check the credentials (board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, trained at an accredited academic institution), read the reviews, including the bad ones, and look at before-and-after photos of the exact operation you are considering. Dr. Cat's are in the before and after gallery.
Do You List Prices?
Yes: we publish typical ranges in our cost guides, and your exact price comes from your consultation. The ranges on this page and in each guide reflect most patients and are updated when the practice's fees change, so the number in a guide, on the procedure page and in the office is the same number. What the range cannot tell you is which version of the procedure your anatomy needs, whether a combination belongs in one surgery or two, or how long your case will take, and those are what set your price. Dr. Cat settles them when she examines you, and you leave the consultation with one itemized written quote. The $500 consultation fee ($1,500 for a revision consultation) is credited toward your surgery, and there is no second invoice after surgery day.
If you are still deciding which procedure you need, start with our concerns pages (what is bothering you and what fixes it), our comparison pages (which of two procedures suits your anatomy) and our patient guides (what to expect, week by week). Every procedure Dr. Cat performs is listed under procedures.
