This woman had aggressive liposuction of the lateral buttocks and outer thigh and posterior thigh resulting in deep indentations of her lateral buttocks and her right butt crease falling and folding over on itself. Her revision liposuction with fat grafting created a much improved shape as well as repaired the fallen butt crease and asymmetry.
