This patient had severe over suctioning of her arms with irregularity which developed complications including hematoma, serum, and nerve damage. She also had indentations of her outer thighs. Revision with fat grafting resulted in an improved smoother result as well as “unsticking” of scar tissue where the skin had been stuck to the muscle.
