This patient had large, heavy, asymmetric breasts and because of it, she had a lot of back pain and her bra straps dug into her shoulders. She wanted her breasts to be smaller, perkier, and lifted, but she did not want to reduce her size significantly. Dr. Cat’s gentle breast reduction technique resulted in a quick recovery with little-to-no pain. This patient now has perky, teardrop-shaped breasts that fit her frame and do not cause her pain. This patient is 4 years post-op from surgery. She also previously had a tummy tuck, and 360 liposuction with fat grafting with Dr. Cat.
