Revision Rhinoplasty
This patient had had previous rhinoplasty with 2 revisions resulting in persistent wide nasal dorsum, a droopy and bulbous scarred tip, and shortened length. Her revision involved osteotomies, removing scar tissue and rebuilding the tip with cartilage grafts.
